From energising marathons, to mindful movements, Step Into May encourages everyone to enjoy the benefits of being outside and active, while making a real difference to our community.
Your support will help our charity continue to provide vital support to older people and their carers. So, let’s lace up our boots and get moving!
There are three ways to get involved:

Plan a Sponsored Walk or Challenge
Raise money for Alive by planning your own sponsored movement challenge. Do it solo, or as part of a group. The activity you chose is entirely up to you - all we ask is that it occurs between 1-31st May and that you have fun!
How To Get Involved:
Click on 'Start Fundraising' on this page to create your own fundraising page on JustGiving. From here you can set up your sponsored challenge, share with friends and family, and start raising vital funds for Alive.
Activity Ideas:
10,000 steps in May, sponsored dog walking, half-marathon, walking in memory of a loved one, seated movement exercises and sports days.

Join Us for Walk:Bristol on 30 May
Take in the sights and join us to celebrate Alive on a group walk around Central Bristol on Saturday 30th May. Walk with our staff, volunteers and friends of the charity as together we raise money for Alive on 1, 5 or 10-mile accessible routes.
