Welcome to the SSJ steps to end homelessness challenge. We are inviting individual supporters, corporate teams, and families across Hampshire to commit to walking 150,000 steps throughout the month of August (roughly 5,000 steps a day) to prevent, relieve, and ultimately end homelessness right on our doorstep.

Walk around your local community and know that the funds you raise are helping people right where you live. The coastal paths, city streets, and neighborhood parks you pace during August are the exact same places where your fundraising creates solutions.

Every single penny you raise provides vital income for the Society of St James (SSJ). This means your efforts help people locally our Welfare Fund to the SSJ Academy program, which empowers individuals to rebuild their physical health, confidence, and long-term recovery.
