A Southampton based charity, working for the past 30 years to support young people under the age of 26 with a wide range of issues including mental health. Through No Limits, young people have access to free, confidential and non-judgemental support and advice – we aim to help young people with ALL the issues that they are facing.
Support is available through our Advice Centre, located on Southampton High Street, our out-of-hours Safe Havens, in hospital Emergency Departments and in outreach sessions in schools and colleges. Supported by 88 trained youth workers and counsellors and 66 volunteers.
