The St George's Day Charity Club Watford & District take on The 24 Hour Darts Marathon!!

The St George's team and friends will be giving the 24 hour darts challenge a go on Friday 28th Feb.

At 5pm the first dart will be thrown and the scoring will commence. The plan is to then throw continuous darts, without stopping, until 5pm on Saturday 1st March. The Abbots Langley Social Club are kindly hosting us for the challenge. Hopefully with the help of kind supporters we can raise a few pounds to help local causes and those less fortunate than ourselves.

We are extremely proud to say that last year we donated £14k after some fantastic, fun events. The donations were so appreciated and so important to enable the wonderful local charities to continue to offer their services and support.

If you are able to donate anything for this challenge, it would be absolutely amazing. The local causes that benefitted from your generous donations last year were, Rennie Grove Watford Peace Hospice, The Hopsice Of St Francis, Watford Chaplaincy, Watford Mencap, The Waterside Centre, Up on Downs, The Monday Club & New Hope.

Hopefully this will kick off another amazing year for St George's.
