“We are asylum seekers. We [each] get £9 per week [from the government]. We live in a hotel. They give us food there but the food has no taste. We only live on the food from the Food Bank. We get fresh food here and cook it in friends’ homes. Without it life wouldn’t be that easy: food outside is very expensive.”
