Our Church of St Michael's is a vital gathering place for prayer, support and friendship. It's where we celebrate life's milestones - baptism, marriage and bereavement. It offers comfort and joy, but now urgently needs our help to continue meeting our needs.

Why Now?

If we wish to continue celebrating Sunday worship in our beautiful church buildings — without fear of being rained upon! — we urgently need your financial support.

We have a leak in the roof where the south transept meets the main body of the church — just above the first three pews near the candle stand by the Ladies’ Chapel.

This section of roof requires urgent attention to repair or replace the valley between the two roofs and to address any rotting timbers beneath. Unfortunately, this area was not included in the roof repairs completed in February 2025.
