Throughout 2025, the St Pierre team will be hosting a series of events in support of Prevent Breast Cancer, helping to raise awareness and vital funds for this important cause.

As part of our efforts, we will be hosting our own version of the charity's March 32 challenge to raise awareness throughout our business and the wider industry. Funds raised will contribute directly to the purchase of a Breast Examination Trainer model—an essential tool for clinical and self-examination training. This model provides a realistic representation of breast cancer lumps, varying from easily detectable to deeper, more challenging ones, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. These models will also be used in the charity’s breast awareness talks and community outreach initiatives.

In addition, our employees will take on physical challenges, including Tour de Manc and the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, pushing themselves to make a difference.

All funds raised through these initiatives will support the development of the National Breast Imaging Academy which will offer excellent workforce training facilities, enable an extra 13,000 patients be seen each year and offer additional capacity for research into breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
