St John Guernsey provides event first aid services at many public, private and community events across the Bailiwick. Our mobile first aid units and vehicles are used at these events to provide first aid treatment to people in need.

During in 2024 we are replacing one of our old mobile first aid unit vehicles with a newer unit. The stretcher provides a base for many of the treatments provided by our volunteers in the mobile unit, it is also used to transfer patients that are unable to walk to the treatment post.

The St John Guernsey charity is funded entirely through fundraising, sponsorships and donations.
