The purpose of this is to provide Rough Sleepers with the correct protection throughout the summer and winter months. CCP intend to create Street Safe Bags which will help rough sleepers to keep cooler during the summer months and warmer during the winter.

Throughout the summer months (June - September), heat can cause great harm to people and the rough sleepers in our community don't have the opportunities we do to seek shelter from it. Throughout the winter months (Nov-March) we provide warm accommodation and out reach provision.

During the winter there is shelter at night for 12 hours each night but not during the cold winter days. To help them stay warmer and dryer with Gloves and rain macs.

During the summer, rough sleepers don't have access to clean tap water or cool shelter. This means many rough sleepers many become dehydrated and suffer from heat stoke.

We are aiming to raise £1000 so we can buy and create these bags, giving those in need the support they deserve.
