We are working with almost 500 families across Sussex who are overwhelmed with worry about how they will cope during the winter months. Fuel poverty affects over 50,000 Sussex households, a number that is expected to rise during the coming months because of the ongoing energy crisis and the rising cost of living. The families we support are facing a bleak winter, not only worrying about their financial situation but also about their physical and mental health deteriorating as their daily challenges increase.
