People First Dorset is a local charity led and run by adults with learning (intellectual) disabilities with support from trained staff and volunteers.

We empower adults with learning disabilities (‘members’) to be independent, have their voices heard, to be accepted and to be included in community life.

We need your support more than ever, today.

Our events are hugely important to members, as they help overcome the isolation, loneliness and lack of confidence that they, people with learning disabilities in Dorset, experience.
