Alongside our dedicated volunteers, our vehicles are the lifeblood of our organisation - without either, we simply can’t do what we do.

Every week, we cover thousands of miles rescuing swans and other waterfowl in need - often in heart-breaking situations. Just this past week alone, we’ve travelled to Portsmouth, Southampton, Trowbridge, and Blenheim, as well as responding to our usual local rescues.

But all that vital travel takes its toll - and sadly, one of our ambulances has broken down and needs major repairs we just can’t afford right now.

This couldn’t have come at a worse time. Increased running costs are already a struggle, and vet bills have soared - especially due to the many deliberate acts of cruelty we’re called out to.

With just one vehicle, we simply can’t attend as many rescues as we need to.
