The Sweaty Betty Foundation was launched in March 2021 with the support of our partner and funder Sweaty Betty, the activewear brand for women. Our vision is a world where every woman and girl is active, healthy and happy and our mission is to empower women and girls from every background to get active, and stay active for life. The Foundations focus for the first few years will be supporting girls aged 10 to 18 to try new activities at school, at home and in their communities, so that they can discover the ways they love to get active.

Over 100 members of Team Sweaty Betty are excited to be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 9th October 2022, a 21km run that spans across London's world famous landmarks. As a collective team we have a goal to raise £15,000 for the Sweaty Betty Foundation to help continue the amazing work they do to empower all girls and women through fitness and beyond.

We know first-hand how empowering getting active can be and we are excited to be getting this opportunity to move together as a team and hopefully, with your help, make a difference to the girls and young women that the Sweaty Betty Foundation supports.
