🏊‍♂️Take on our life changing Swim24 challenge and feel a boost in your mood with every swim. Aim to swim 24 miles over 12 weeks or set your own goal. Your first swim might feel daunting but take the plunge and be amazed at what you can achieve!

Join the Swim 24 challenge between 24th May - 24th August to raise funds for Access Adventures, helping create life-changing adaptive adventure sports for people with disabilities. Your support and participation will make adventure accessible to all. We will help keep you accountable with your swimming journey this summer.

Supportive swim community: Join our swim24 facebook group and get stories, tips and motivation from others. Why not encourage others from your swim area/club to join to see which lake can go the furthest and raise the most.
