Over a decade ago, a 350m open water swim during a triathlon helped raise funds for the Community Foundation, marking the start of a meaningful journey. After a long break and the mental challenges of returning to swimming post-COVID , inspiration struck again through a special episode of the Community Foundation on the Oh No No No podcast.
