🏃 Run the Lights 2025 – Join Team TAAG 🏃‍♀️

📅 Saturday 16th August 2025 | 9:00PM | Blackpool Promenade

Imagine running beneath Blackpool’s world-famous Illuminations, with laughter, music, and cheering supporters all around you. Now imagine doing it to help transform the lives of autistic and neurodivergent young people across Lancashire. 💙

That’s what Team TAAG is doing this August — and we need your help.

💙 Who We Are: Lancashire TAAG

Lancashire TAAG (Teenage Autism and ADHD Group) is a small, volunteer-run charity supporting neurodivergent children and young people aged 5–25 and their families. We offer weekly sports, creative and social activities, wellbeing support, and community trips designed to be inclusive, affordable, and fun.

From trampolining to art sessions, peer-led groups to kayaking adventures, we create safe spaces where young people feel seen, accepted, and valued.

“Before TAAG, my child had nowhere they felt they belonged. Now they’ve made friends, found confidence, and look forward to every Wednesday night.” – Parent

✨ Why We're Running

We’re taking part in Run the Lights 2025, a magical 5K race along Blackpool Promenade at night. But we’re not just running — we’re running with purpose.

Your donations will help us:

Keep our weekly sessions affordable for all families

Train more volunteers to expand our support

Launch a new young adult group (ages 18–25)

Fund transport, equipment, and inclusive activity days

Move closer to our dream of creating our own dedicated space

Even a small donation goes a long way to help neurodivergent young people thrive.
