Talk2Nish Peer Mentors Official Launch · 21 June 2025 ·

Talk2Nish Peer Mentors trains school students to be mental health peer mentors so they can help their fellow students to feel heard. The aim is to educate the whole school about mental health as well as to help individuals who are struggling and may feel anxious about speaking to authority figures.

Story

Talk2Nish, dedicated to the memory of Anisha Vidal-Garner, trains school students to be mental health peer mentors and help other students with concerns that are affecting their wellbeing, including friendship issues, bullying, exam stress and more. The feedback we have received so far has been amazing from mentors, mentees and school staff. We're campaigning to expand our successful pilot to other schools.
