Members of PwC Technology, Data & Analytics across multiple offices are raising money for the PwC Foundation Charities Hospice UK and Crisis.
On Friday 19th May, 37 of us will be attempting to complete the 10 peaks of Snowdonia in one day, taking place across 20 miles (32km), and includes 2,317m (7,600ft) of ascent in aid of the amazing charities that the PwC Foundation supports. Having raised £12,000 through our Yorkshire Three Peak challenge last year, we are hoping to smash this total this year with an even more difficult challenge, the 10 peaks of Snowdonia!
This challenge tackles the ten iconic peaks of Snowdonia National Park, passing through two main ranges - the Glyders and the Carneddau, climbing many of the highest mountains in Wales!
Charities we are supporting:
Crisis: The national charity for homeless people, helping people directly out of homelessness and campaigning for the changes needed to solve it altogether.
Hospice UK: Hospice UK is the national charity working for those experiencing dying, death and bereavement. We work for the benefit of people affected by death and dying, collaborating with our hospice members and other partners who work in end of life care.
Any donation, big or small would be hugely appreciated! Thank you!
