12 Days of Giving: Jingle All the Way to £5K
Bringing Joy and Connection to People Affected by Dementia in Manchester
Christmas is a season of warmth, connection, and festive cheer — but for many people living with dementia and their carers, it can also be a lonely time. At Together Dementia Support, we believe no one should face dementia alone, especially during the holidays.
Why Your Support Matters
Since 2014, Together Dementia Support has offered person-centred, holistic support for people living with dementia and their carers. Every service we provide is designed to bring joy, reduce isolation, and help people feel more like themselves.
Your donations will help fund:
Friendship and Activity Groups: Weekly groups with transport, connecting around 90 people living with dementia per week
One-to-One Support: Person-centred, personalised home visits
Carer support: Training, social groups, respite events, and practical guidance
These services create thousands of uplifting moments each year that can be lifelines for people who might otherwise be isolated.
"I'd be so lost without the support of TDS, always there to listen and point in the right direction"
You can make a difference this Christmas by:
Donating online: Give here on our JustGiving page
Sharing our campaign with friends, family, and colleagues
Following our updates on social media to see your support in action
Every gift jingles us closer to our £5,000 goal, bringing hope, connection, and joy to those who need it most this festive season.
Dementia changes lives, but with your kindness, we can continue providing vital support for our members and carers. Thank you for being there for them this Christmas.
