Our team of seven are taking on a challenge to fundraise for Downright Perfect and enable us to continue to provide essential support for children and young people with Down's Syndrome and their families in a variety of ways.

Downright Perfect provides access to professional services and resources to support children's development, organises family events and provide financial grants to enable families to access much needed equipment or therapy to aid their child's development.

We support new parents as they adjust to their child's diagnosis including providing hospital bags for every family who have just had a baby with Down's Syndrome in Dorset so they are given support and care from the first moment they meet their baby.

We run pre-schoolers groups for our younger children allowing them to access themed sessions to support their development including visits from professionals, signing, sensory and soft play. These sessions help our 0-5 age group develop and grow in confidence whilst also encouraging parents to connect and receive peer support.

We are also working to increase awareness of the amazing potential of people with Down's Syndrome and to engage with educational and medical professionals to help them to support children and young people with Down's Syndrome and their families.

We have ambitious plans to help our children and families thrive and develop but we need your support. Downright Perfect is completely volunteer run and relies entirely upon donations and grants to operate. Please sponsor us today.
