Our RDA Superheroes Need You!

On 16th August, two amazing teams from Park Lane Stables RDA will be taking part in the Superhero Triathlon at Dorney Lake, Windsor. Led by our very own superheroes, Sophie and Woody, and supported by their incredible teammates, they will be tackling a 150m swim, 3km cycle, and 1km push/run to raise vital funds for Riding for the Disabled Association.

And this year, they have an extra boost — Team RDA Captain is social media superstar ThisEsme! She’ll be cheering on and supporting both Team Sophie and Team Woody as they take on this epic challenge.

At RDA, we enrich lives through horses. Since 1969, we have been supporting disabled children and adults through activities including riding, carriage driving, and equine-assisted programmes such as Quiet Corners and Tea with a Pony. Each year, over 25,000 people benefit from our life-changing work, improving their mobility, physical health, mental wellbeing, confidence, and skills.
