Callum was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy when he was 19 months old in 2011.  We had never heard of Duchenne before diagnosis. 

He is a much loved son, brother, nephew, cousin and grandson. 

We fought for access for Translarna for Callum, and he's been taking it for 6 years. He is doing well and is still ambulant. We have set up Team Callum as we want our fundraising to help find a cure. We firmly believe that a cure will come and we will keep going until it does.
