One in four of us will experience a mental health problem. Its extremely likely that everyone will at some point have someone close to them that is effected by a mental health problem.

Supporting us Storm the Castle will help Carlisle Eden Mind continue in their vision to make sure everyone gets both respect and support when they need it most.

£5 will pay for support and guidance to a Mindline caller for 20 minutes

£10 helps us to train one teenager in mental health awareness and how to support their friends

£25 helps us provide an hour of one-to-one support at our lighthouse facility for someone experiencing a mental health crisis

£100 helps towards subsidised places on our Mental Health First Aid courses

By supporting us youll be helping us continue to offer quality services in our community, improve understanding of mental health issues, challenge discrimination and campaign for better local and national services.
