Team CFC Run London Marathon 2022

Story
Every year in the UK approximately 2,400 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer. We are passionate about helping all of these families along this difficult journey.

Your fundraising and donations will go directly to helping kids with cancer by providing them with new bikes and specially adapted trikes which help them to regain their physical fitness, mental wellness and reduce their social isolation after months of cancer treatment. Since the charity began in 2005 we have helped over 8,000 children, children just like Violet:
10 year old Violet had Ewing Sarcoma in her left femur and although she finished treatment in May 2020, she is still unable to walk. She only has a 90 degree bend in her left knee so is unable to use a standard bike. Mum says
Violet loves her KMX Kart. She has really enjoyed the independence to go out and play with her sister for the first time in over 2 years without us pushing her in her wheelchair. Look at her smile! She is so happy, thank you so much!! x
A bike or a trike is a simple tool but they really do make an unbelievable difference to the lives of the families we support.
