The £100 fundraising target could help us respond to 10 calls from people who are away from home, or people with missing loved ones. We offer practical and emotional support around the clock on our free, 24/7 and confidential 116 000 helpline, and we can't do it without help from our amazing fundraisers.
The Turk's Head 10k is so much more than a fun run. Every place includes a £1 donation to MDS patient support charity, and they'll collect unwanted bras as part of the Zabra bra initiative.
After the race, there's a prize giving and party at the Turk's Head pub with live music and face painting - a fun day out for everyone.
