Bridgette is UIU’s Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. A three-sport athlete at Ashford University, Griffin helped contribute to a 24-7 record and the 2015 NAIA Division II Basketball Championship while earning accolades in an Academic All-Conference selection, awarded the NAIA Champion of Character and earned Ashford's 2016 Inspirational Athlete of the Year recipient. Needless to say, this Ragbrai stuff is going to be easy on this veteran Team Peacock rider!

Hobbies include; road and mountain biking, boxing, and walking her dog, Danny. Fun facts: backpacked Europe after college and have lived in 5 states in 10 years. Bridgette is passionate about her faith and encouraging others to reach their full potential in Christ.
