Part of the Ultra Challenge Series, the fantastic London 2 Brighton challenge takes place over the weekend of 27/28 May, with distances ranging from 25km, 50km or 100km.

There are over 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. That's one stroke every five minutes.

We're here to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke. Whichever distance you choose to join Team Stroke for, you're making a difference. It starts by the Thames in Richmond and follows a 60% off-road route taking in the North Downs, wonderful Surrey and Sussex countryside and a steep climb over the South Downs. The coastline then comes into view and you'll reach a welcome finish line at Brighton Racecourse.
