On 8 November 2026, James Greene will represent Team UK in the 18th Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes Marathon, one of the French Riviera's most popular sporting events.

Our Blevins Franks France team has taken part in the marathon’s relay event on many occasions over the years to raise money for charity, and this year we're adding a friendly fundraising challenge between Team UK and Team France. While James tackles the entire 42.2km marathon alone, Team France will share the distance as a relay team.

Each team will be aiming to raise as much as possible for a cause close to our hearts. There may be some healthy rivalry along the way, but every donation will support the same charitable mission. Whether you're backing Team UK, Team France, or simply the charitable work behind the event, every donation will help make a positive difference.

Our goal is to raise money for the Blevins Franks Charitable Foundation. The Foundation's mission is to make a meaningful and measurable difference by supporting local charities, community groups, individuals and other worthy causes in the regions where we operate, including across the UK. We are particularly passionate about helping smaller causes where our donation can make a real difference and deliver a tangible outcome.
