In Nepal many girls drop out of school once they reach puberty, some for cultural reasons and many more because they don't have the means to practice menstrual hygene. We have a program to provide all the girls and female teachers with health education and hygiene packs. We're really proud of the hygiene packs, each one has pants, leak proof reusable pant liners, 6 reusable pads, flannel, soap, dirty bag, calendar and a pretty drawstring bag to keep everything in.

£10 isn't much to change a life. You will be giving a girl the chance to complete her education and make her own decisions about how to use that education.
