On October 19th we hike (walk, stroll, run, or just celebrate being outside!)
That's perfectly okay! We recognize that carrying a cancer diagnosis or living with metastatic disease can weigh heavily on our packs. This is why we encourage you to participate in any way that feels manageable and enjoyable for you. Whether it’s taking a gentle walk, a leisurely stroll, or simply spending some quality time outside in nature, your involvement is valuable. Join us in embracing the outdoors in the way that suits you best and supports your well-being!
The short answer is, anywhere! Find a path you love and get outdoors on October 19th!
