Story

*** Work has now commenced and we are in need of urgent funds to complete this project***

Parts of Green Lane Masjid are in a serious state of disrepair, our monthly donations that we collect are just about enough to cover our normal operating costs and activities.

The Masjid Waqf project, the tenants block, is in need of major renovation. The bathroom and kitchen areas are particularly bad as can be seen from the pictures below. Our tenants dont deserve to live in these conditions, many of whom are our madrassah teachers and elderly congregation members.

The initial quote to renovate this area was £30,000, Alhamdullilah the company has reduced this price feesabillilah to just £22,000 - bringing these areas in line with relevant health and safety legislation.

The work includes four fitted bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

This is now urgent and we do require the funds to get started.

Every penny raised will strengthen this Waqf project, generating even more funds for your Masjid InshaAllah.

Donate today and receive continuous rewards for years to come.

Renovation needs to commence in December so funds must be raised within two weeks.
