Through community partnerships, Thomas's Foundation gives pupils access to inspiring and stimulating educational opportunities, which build self esteem and encourage a love of learning. More than 100 dedicated volunteers from the Thomas's community work closely to identify, develop and manage a broad range of community partnership projects.

Thomas's Foundation funds programmes in the fields of art, drama, music, sport, outdoor learning and academic support (STEM, literacy, language).
