Thames Bridges Trek - 10th September 2022

Jo Smith and friends are walking the Thames Bridges Trek on the 10th of September 2022 to raise funds for the Lawrence Home Nursing Team in memory of her mother who died in April 2021. The walk of 25 km takes in the 16 bridges of London. Thank you.

Jo Smith and her friends, Cerina, Philippa, Zoe and Gemma are walking 25 km of 16 bridges in London on 10th of September.

Local GP Dr. Martin Lawrence's dying wish was that patients in his practice should be able to die at home; his work was made reality through the work of District Nurse Jane Phillips MBE. The service has grown and now provides free hospice at home care covering five GP practices in Oxfordshire.
