The Thames Hospice Open Water Swim Challenge is open to all from seasoned pros to first-time open-water swimmers.

Swimmers will take on a 500m, 1km, 5km or 10km distance either individually or as part of a team. Whilst this challenge for many will be tough they know what a difference they will make to those patients and families who are facing the most difficult of challenges.
