All Scout Members 'Promise to do Their Best'. Baden Powell gave us the ultimate challenge to give happiness out to other people and make the world a better place. Ian Hayward led the 8th Norwich Sea Scouts for over 10 years and not only did he 'Do His Best' -- he made the world an awesome place for so many young people. Hundreds of Scouts achieved unimaginable skills, confidence and fun under his leadership and this impact will be felt throughout their lives. Leaders also relied on his calm wisdom and support - he was always there for us 24/7.
