VOCAL (Voice of Carers Across Lothian) supports and empowers unpaid carers in Edinburgh and Midlothian through individual support, information, training and access to services.

Caring at Christmas can be especially hard. Navigating a celebration that is all about friends and family, when you are caring for someone close to you, can bring up lots of tricky emotions.

At VOCAL, we want all carers to have the best Christmas possible. A group of brave fundraisers have pledged to complete twelve cold water dips this festive season to raise money for VOCAL, and help us to continue supporting carers throughout the year.
