Story
Our beloved son, brother and friend to many, died in tragic circumstances in February 2026, aged just 15.
We, his family and friends, wanted to do something, anything, to feel some positivity and direction in our deep and painful grief. Isaac was a beautifully athletic and tenacious runner across country fields and on the track and especially on the football or hockey pitch. He also understood deeply how small acts of kindness could make a big difference to those around him. It was therefore a natural step to bring many people together to run for a big cause.
We decided to partner with the NSPCC, the UK's leading children's charity. Almost 70 of us, from across all aspects of Isaac's life, have committed to run the London Marathon and raise over £175,000 for the NSPCC, to help them fund their vital services, and positively change lives.
Isaac was small but mighty. He had an oversized impact on the lives of people around him. He was bright and funny and thoughtful, but most of all he was kind. We are as privileged to have him as our inspiration as we are heartbroken by our loss.
We run for Isaac, for kindness, and to be the change in the world that he would have been.
