Selina, struggling with postnatal depression, found vital emotional support in our therapeutic mothers’ group. At Christmas, Aisha received a much-needed Christmas hamper and food vouchers for her children when she was struggling to even heat her flat. Tina, fleeing domestic abuse with her children, gained strength through our therapeutic groups and one-to-one counselling, helping her rebuild her life.
