Organised by Civic Pride RossendaleCivic Pride Rossendale has decorated a big chair to celebrate Rawtenstall's entry into the Royal Horticulture Society Britain in Bloom competition. The chair is located on the platform at the East Lancashire Railway station.
The Civic Pride Rossendale and East Lancashire Railway Friendship chair is our way of celebrating not only the Royal Horticulture Society 60 years of Britain in Bloom but also the many friendships within our community groups.
Your donation will be split between the two charities.
If you have entered the photograph competition by submitting a photo of the friends on the big chair then you could win a prize. The top prize is a family travel ticket on the railway.
