The Big PASIC Abseil

We're calling on brave daredevils and thrill-seekers to join us in the beautiful Peak District to abseil from the top of Millers Dale Bridge - an 80 foot drop over a swift-moving river - to raise as much money as we can for children with cancer.

Story

Calling all daredevils and thrill-seekers!

Come and join us in the beautiful Peak District for an exhilarating abseiling adventure.

Imagine an old railway bridge with pillars and arches, spanning a narrow gorge, and one of the arches is over a swift-moving river. Welcome to Millers Dale Bridge.

Your challenge is to abseil over the arch, which is above the River Wye in an absolutely stunning setting. This gives you an 80 foot abseil, of which 70 feet is free hanging!

While this promises to be a fun adventure-packed activity, we also hope to raise lots of money to help children and young people with cancer and their families.

By signing up all participants are pledging to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship. That's four hours of one-to-one support with a PASIC Family Support Worker. Some will go further and raise even more!
