This fund has been set up in loving memory, for Reggie Dennis Gaskin, also known as, 'The Boy with the Magic Smile'.
Reggie tragically passed away following what was supposed to be a routine hip operation on November 16th 2023, he was just 2 years old.
His gorgeous smile and infectious personality lit up every room he entered.
He stole the hearts of everyone he encountered and will be sadly missed forever 🩵
Gemma, Reggie's mum attends Bodie's Bereavement Service and one of our peer support groups.
Therapy has helped me feel like I’m not alone in my grief—it’s been a space where I can speak freely and feel truly heard.
I’m deeply grateful for the support of the Bodie Hodges Foundation, whose compassion has made such a difference in my journey. Their monthly Mums Art Therapy group has been especially healing; being creative in a safe, understanding space has done wonders for my mind. It’s reminded me that even in pain, there can be connection, expression, and moments of peace.
