This Autumn, we are raising vital funds to support the work of Age UK West Sussex, Brighton & Hove (AUKWSBH) across the local community.

AUKWSBH offer a variety of services including Help at Home, Support at Home After Hospital, Information and Advice and Dementia Support. They also work in our communities through Social Prescribers, Community Agents and the running of centres which host a range of exercise classes, activities and events.

All of their work supports over 50s to be more informed, healthy, independent and connected.
