The Connection at St Martin’s is here to be with people as they recover from life on the streets and move on to meaningful, fulfilling futures and a place to call home. We work with people, not for them, and put every individual person at the centre of their recovery.

Story

This picturesque four day walk in Chaucer's footsteps from St Martins along the Pilgrims Way covers 74 miles. The journey ends with a service at Canterbury Cathedral and there will be transport arranged to take you back to London.

You can join us for the full four days or if you would prefer for part of the route.

During the Pilgrimage, you will get to meet a wonderful and diverse group of The Connection supporters, including some with lived experience of homelessness. Some are sleeping rough and some are not. But everyone enjoys the spectacular countryside, the company of each other and the delicious food provided along the way!
