What Is Workplace Wellness Week?

Workplace Wellness Week is a 5-day programme you can create filled with simple, fun and accessible activities that enrich mental and physical wellbeing at work, all while raising vital funds for The Care Workers’ Charity.

From step challenges to mindfulness breaks, from friendly competitions to team sports days, your workplace can help transform the lives of care workers facing crisis.

Step Up for Care Challenge – Compete to see which team can walk the most steps in 5 days.

Mindfulness Monday – Start the week with breathing exercises, desk meditations and wellbeing videos.

Water & Wellbeing Day – Hydration goals, positive habits, and midday resets for better focus.

Healthy Office Bake-Off – Swap sugary snacks for nutritious treats and raise funds through a wellbeing bake sale.

Lunch break Walking Club – 15 minutes of movement for better mood, energy, and connection.

Sports Hour – Mini desk Olympics, team games, resistance bands, stretching sessions – accessible for all.
