The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

The Prince's Trust has teamed up with Fearne Cotton's Happy Place to launch The Great Create, proudly supported by STAEDTLER, a new fundraising campaign to support the mental wellbeing of young people in the UK.

Together with Fearne, we're calling on people all over the country to host their own Great Create parties. From upcycling T-shirts, to painting plant pots, this is an opportunity for you to get creative with friends, family and colleagues all while raising vital funds for The Prince's Trust.

Research has shown that getting creative can boost mental wellbeing. Through making things together, you can give each other the time and space to talk, laugh and share what's on your mind, all of which is made easier when you've got a creative activity to get stuck into.

By hosting a Great Create party with all your favourite people, you can enjoy the benefits of spending time being creative together; enhancing your own wellbeing while also raising funds to help the wellbeing of young people.

With your support, we'll be able to give more young people all over the UK the help they need to move forward with their lives.
