The Nicky is a social club for more mature people in Manchester’s Jewish Community. We have over 200 members, ranging from able-bodied to those with some disabilities. Our caring staff and volunteers work relentlessly to make a difference to the lives of our members and cater for everyone. There is a warm welcome waiting for those who want to make the most of the numerous planned activities, or simply want to meet their friends, have a chat and socialise.

The Nicky also has a number of in-house facilities such as a hairdresser, chiropodist, a well-stocked convenience shop, and, if needed a dignified bathing service. Our approach to the older members of our community is holistic preventing isolation, loneliness and neglect. Importantly we bring fun into their lives while they live independently in their own homes.

RISING COSTS MEAN WE NOW SUBSIDISE EVERY ATTENDANCE BY OVER £90 PER PERSON, PER DAY.
