Your donation will support people with learning disabilities to lead great lives in Hertfordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. This could be in their own home or out in the community.

Each person is involved in designing their support plan so they can gain independence and enjoy their home, a career, hobbies amongst family and friends – just like everyone else.

We offer supported living and support in the community. We provide personalised support in people’s own homes and communities, helping individuals to achieve their goals, develop independence and build meaningful relationships. We are passionate about creating opportunities for people to be active members of their communities and to have choice and control over their lives.

We work closely with people, families and professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that reflects what matters most to each individual. Whether someone is moving into their first home, developing life skills, pursuing education or employment, or strengthening community connections, we are committed to helping people live the life they choose.
