St Peter's Hospice is Bristol's ONLY adult hospice caring for local people with life-limiting illnesses. Our commitment is to improve the quality of life of patients while extending care and support to their families and loved ones.

Story

Join the team to walk six miles through Bristol to raise funds for St Peter's Hospice.

On Sunday 13 March, we'll be joining together with Bristol Bears for a rugby match that will make a difference for patients and families across Bristol.

Together we'll be completing a six mile sponsored walk through a beautiful part of Bristol, along the river and through the Nightingale Valley, across the iconic suspension brige, and back through the stunning grounds of Ashton Court. We'll end at Ashton Gate and celebrate together by watching the Bristol Bears V Harlequins game live!

This is a walk not to be missed. Whether you're walking in memory of a loved one, to support a friend or for some fun and fresh air while supporting a local cause, every mile walked will help current and future patients during the most difficult of times.

How your support will help

St Peter's Hospice is a local charity that provides care and support to adults who are living with a progressive, life-limiting illness within Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset area. We provide care, advice, support and therapy to patients and their families during the most difficult and challenging of times.

The nurses just slotted in. They were like old friends. They were completely professional but so natural, it never felt like an intrustion having them there. They not only supported Mum, but me as well."

Your fundraising provides advice at the other end of the phone 24/7, a comforting hand and a nurse on the doorstep when and where it's needed most.
