Fundraising changes lives. Last year we gave out over £2.2 million in financial grants. Just £25 could pay for:

- A supportive conversation with one of our advisers so that we can understand a persons' needs and how best we can help them

- Someone's gas and electricity with enough to cook and heat themselves for a week

Your registration fees and sponsorship money will help us to support more people in our community: people like you.

The Walking Challenge has always been about increasing your individual step count to 10,000 steps a day, getting fitter and feeling good about yourself.

But physical activity is also beneficial to the mental health and wellbeing of you and your colleagues. This is why this year were asking you to come together and walk your way to wellbeing.

After all, dealing with lifes challenges is easier when youve got a whole community behind you.
