Local hospices play a vital role in caring for people living with advancing illness, as well as supporting families and loved ones. Through Hospices Together, local hospices work in partnership to strengthen services, share expertise, and ensure care is available when it’s needed most.

However, hospice care relies heavily on fundraising. In fact, thanks to the generosity of our wonderful community, 8 out of 10 patients are cared for through charitable support.
